Electronic gift voucher will be sent by e-mail within 1-2 work days. If you want to purchase a paper gift voucher, please indicate this in the comments of the order. You can pick up the paper gift voucher at our studio in Betono Fabrikas, Vilnius.
Purchase and validity of the gift voucher:
The gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Each electronic gift voucher is unique and may only be redeemed once. Once a gift voucher has been redeemed in lieu of payment, it becomes invalid.
The nominal face value of an electronic gift voucher cannot be divided into gift vouchers of a lower value.
The electronic gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash or refundable.
If the price of the purchased goods is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining unused amount is not refunded.
If the price of the purchased goods is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the buyer must pay the difference additionally.
