FILAR HIGH SIDE TABLE | Black ash

Just like its namesake, FILAR supports what rests on top while becoming a visual anchor within the space. Despite its strong identity, the table adapts effortlessly to a variety of interior styles. The tabletop features a gently rounded edge that appears visually thinner than it truly is — an effect achieved through angled milling on the underside. This design detail subtly highlights the sculptural elegance of the fluted legs. The ribbed motif recalls the form of a classical architectural column, referencing the ancient role of pillars as structural and symbolic elements.
