Table Lamp from DCWéditions - Mantis. A great admirer of Alexander Calder, Bernard Schottlander created a series of lighting fixtures in 1951 named Mantis. The lampshade, poised like an acrobat in the air, remains unique. With a wireframe silhouette naturally evoking a hovering praying mantis, the Mantis floor lamp plays on the tension between balance and imbalance.
